How much do you charge for delivery?
Our standard rate is 50P. This is a flat rate and does not go up if you get more than one newspaper/magazine on one day.
When can I reach out to you?
Our lines are open between 10:00 and 20:00, Monday to Sunday. We aim to respond to emails within 24 hours. If you have an urgent query, please call your representative's direct line.
How do I pay for my paper?
We will send you an invoice at the beginning of each month for you to pay by cash, cheque, or bank transfer. We also accept subscription vouchers.
When can I expect my delivery?
We will have your papers delivered before 08:00 on a weekday and 09:30 on a weekend at the latest, although your newspapers/magazines will nearly always be delivered well before that.
How do I change or cancel a subscription?
Just call or email us and we will do so. Wherever possible, please try and contact us at least one calendar month before you wish to amend your subscription. You can cancel deliveries with a full refund if you reach out to us seven days before the scheduled delivery. If you reach out to us less than deven days before delivey, you will still be billed for delivery, but not for the paper/magazine itself, as long as your titles have not been delivered yet. Any refunds will be given as credit on your next invoice.
I don't want a paper everyday. Is that OK?
Of course! We understand everyone doesn't have the time to read a paper everyday, and if you only want one delivered one or a few days a week, or even as a one-off we'll be more than happy to serve you.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to all residents and businesses in the town of Saffron Walden. We unfortunately do not serve surrounding villages or any other towns, but hope to do so in the future.
